Chapter 36

Several hours later, during which Roman had been cleaning incessantly for his mother, the mature lady inspected his work with a friendly smile.

“You did that very well. I am extremely proud of you. You learned a lot from Petra. I must admit that. Nevertheless, you are much better off here with me, of course. I’m incredibly happy for you that you can finally live the way you’ve probably always wanted to.”

Meanwhile, Roman was on his way to Lady Petra. Exhausted and confused by the events of the day, he noticed that in the meantime he was thinking less and less, but only obeying the ladies who ruled over him.
